I help you find the right property at the right price, write and present your offer, and set you up with listing alerts so you're among the first to see new homes.

  1. The meet

    We talk about the home you're looking for: style, budget and location. We go over your expectations and questions, and review any buyer's agent agreements.

  2. The fun part

    I find homes you can see yourself living in and book private showings or open houses. As we go, we fine-tune your list of needs and wants, and I set up automatic alerts for new matches.

  3. The sale

    Once you find the one, we discuss terms. I prepare the paperwork, present your offer, and negotiate any counteroffers for a fair price, in a calm and efficient way.
